Pictures speak for themselves . The construction noise reaches 94db in my apartment. The pictures are what this apartments building looks like inside. There is no permit for the construction and the apartment management gave no heads up. The construction went on for months. Besides the construction, the regular noise is also an issue. The wall is paper thin and I can even hear my neighbor snores in the unit next to me. The only advantage of this place is the price compared to the newer apartments nearby but they are not cheap right now. So do yourself a favor and don’t live in this place. I guarantee that you will regret.

David and Jackie have been coming to our apartment to do maintenance since we moved in last year. They are extremely nice and helpful and always do a great job! They keep the work area very clean and do very a professional job. People like David and Jackie make living at Park Place a lot better, because we have a reliable facilities crew that will get the job done at 110%.

Joel and Luis have been coming to our apartment to do maintenance and did an amazing job. They do their work and leave their work area clean. Very professional. They are not only taking care of what is needed, but their extremely nice and friendly attitude makes our experience at Park Place unique. Every time we see them, they bring up a great attitude and make us feel welcome. I just want to emphasize that having people like them makes a great positive experience at Park Place. Thank you for having them.

When I’m searching for a new apartment, I’m always anxious about how management may handle service requests. However, in my experience here, I have been super thankful - customer service among the maintenance crew here is top tier. Gabriel and his team - Joel, Luis, Ken, and Jackie - are always so responsive, patient, informative, collaborative, and helpful, whether the job is big or small. They follow up appropriately and it’s evident they truly care about ensuring that the customer is 100% satisfied with the job. I’m grateful for their diligence and consistent efforts in making Park Place a fantastic place to live!

Nice place to live. We just moved in and the leasing office has been nothing but helpful and kind. They respond promptly to the work order requests as well. This place is conveniently next to chipotle, two poke places, two coffee places, a WHOLE FOODS, and walking distance to work. The garage is gated out the wazoo… floor to ceiling gated, probably to keep people out of it and make it safe. Everything you need in this vicinity, what more can you ask for? We love it here. We have had no issues with neighbors so far, super quiet. Hope you find this review helpful if you’re looking for a place.

The construction has been constant since moving in last April. They start every morning at 730 am and it is so loud. The leasing office mentioned street parking not usually being an issue for tenants during our initial visit. The street is very crowded with large garage bins taking up several parking spots. There are large parts of the curb that are also constantly marked "No parking." This has been going on for months. Elevators are frequently broken but there is at least two per building. It's a nice place to live otherwise, but the noise and construction is tiring.

Joel Marquez Z. He’s the best ever! We have lived here over a year and will be living here another year: he is the best part of living here!! He always is willing to help, he is so kind, any maintenance request he fixes right away, he is amazing. Above all, he actually cares so much about all the people living here and he always says hello, he is the best employee here and he always makes my day. Thank you Joel!

David is always extremely polite and extremely helpful. One time, our door lock was jammed and he showed up in the middle of the night to help us out. He’s great at his job, and can fix anything easily and quickly.
